Our commitment
MRCV Technologies LLC is working to make Eventos usable by people with disabilities. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as the product and testing direction for public pages, staff workflows, and customer-facing rental pages.
Measures built into Eventos
- Semantic landmarks, headings, labels, tables, dialogs, and status announcements.
- Keyboard access and visible focus for primary workflows and interactive controls.
- Responsive reflow, text zoom support, restrained color, and non-color status labels.
- Reduced-motion support that removes decorative parallax and entrance animation.
- Automated accessibility checks and browser testing at desktop and mobile widths.
Compatibility and limitations
Eventos is intended for current versions of major browsers and common assistive technologies. PDF documents, imported customer content, third-party billing pages, and complex data tables can present additional accessibility challenges. We are continuing to test those surfaces and will document material known limitations rather than hiding them.
Feedback and accommodation
If you cannot use part of Eventos, email accessibility@eventossoftware.com with the page, task, browser or assistive technology, and the problem you encountered. Do not include a password, access token, payment credential, or sensitive customer record. We will acknowledge the report and work with you on an accessible alternative while the underlying issue is reviewed.
